Kysela
Chateau Hallet is a second property owned by Michel and Florence Bernard, owners of Chateau Gravas. This 5-hectare vineyard is a mix of clay and limestone soil. The 30-year-old vines are hand harvested, with grapes picked in successive passes. Wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, and production is around 1,250 cases per year.
Delicate aromas of honey, citrus, apricot, candied fruit and acacia flower. The palate is medium bodied, ripe and rich with bright acidity and a long finish.
