Very pretty, cool and admirably pure aromas are comprised by notes of green apple, lemon-lime and mineral reduction. The almost painfully intense medium weight flavors display even more prominent minerality on the clean, sneaky long and bone-dry finale. This would benefit from developing depth and that may well occur if given a chance.
