Medium straw-gold in cold. Nutty and floral aromas of red Anjou pears, golden apples, almonds, dried herbs, and wet earth are lifted by notes of chamomile and acacia blossom. Broad on the palate, yet fresh thanks to its lively acidity. Citrusy lemon flavors join in on the palate along with the pear and apple notes, underpinned by a nutty, earthy contrast for a complex, layered mouth feel.
