Soil:Stony, calcareous and well-structured.
Origin:Montalcino, Southern Tuscany, Italy

Bouquet:Gentle aromas of vanilla, tobacco and coffee,
with hints of cherry jam and prunes.
Taste:Harmonious with soft, well-balanced tannins.
Persistent finish and a great potential for aging.
Food Pairing:Perfect with red meats, wild game and aged cheeses
Winemaking
Fermented in our patented temperature controlled French oak and aged approximately 14 additional months in custom-made 350 liter French oak barrels. Unfi ltered. Nitrogen bottled to allow the wine to retain its youthful character thus minimizing the use of sulfites.
