Vivid straw yellow colour, the bouquet reveals intense scents, firstly of flowers and then fruit with a finale of minerals and iodates. On the palate it is fresh, sapid, full-bodied and persistent closing with a highly elegant fruity finish.
Pairing
Versatile with dishes based on fish, Pecorino Aimè adapts well to tasty starters such as smoked salmon and to more substantial dishes such as mixed fried fish and soups.
