The most famous wine of Caparsa. This wine is produced from hand-picked Sangiovese grapes and is aged in oak barrels for about 8 months. The 2017 vintage, particularly hot, produced a wine of medium-high structure, fine and already pleasant from the date of bottling with prevailing aromas of dark fruit, but which in the finish light up with redder fruit colors. The selection of the grapes in the areas of the vineyards most protected from the sun has given results of absolute excellence in this hot vintage.
