Walter Bressia, owner and winemaker of Bodegas Bressia, has been in the Argentine wine trade since the early 1980's. Before founding his family winery in 2003, he was the winemaker at Bodega Vistalba and Viniterra. Walter and his wife Marita, along with daughters Marita & Antonella and sons Walter Jr. & Alvaro, produce some of Argentina's finest wines.

Walter is one of the most respected winemakers in Argentina, and his concept involves the notion of "Vinos de Autor" (Author's wines) or personalized high-quality wines. Bressia has 320 oak barrels, almost all new French and American oak (60% French, 40% American).

Sylvestra wines show typicity, varietal power and careful elaboration from the Bressia family with the character, freshness and rebelliousness of the new generation. Fruity aromas, floral memories and authentic flavors - here is the expression of Sylvestra, with no oak, just fruit.

Attractive and delicate light pink colour, with delicate and persistent crown originated from the detachmen of fine bubbles formed during its elaboration through the bottle method. Subtle citrus and red fruit notes cab ne appreciated in the nose, among which we can highlight: pink grapefruit, cherries, strawberries and blackberries. Red roses, toast, and yeast complement its aromas. On the palate it is elegant and refined, with fine bubbles originating from its production in the bottle.

Service and food pairing:
It is proposed to drink between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius. Ideal to start a meal or as an aperetif, accompanying an amuse bouche, light starters, raw and cooked fish especially sushi and very soft cheeses.

A very elegant sparkling wine, with red rose and cherry aromas. The wine was fermented in bottle sur lie for 10 months, yielding a more expressive wine with finer texture and bubbles.
