Quite solid California Cab here, and for fifteen bucks. In terms of physical weight, it hovers just below full-bodied, which is a good slot at this price point, as it could pair as well with a rotisseries chicken as a burger. Notable time in bottle has provided more complexity than one might expect at this price, with dark cherry and blackberry fruit joined by some pleasant aromas of dried herbs.
