Conde Valdemar Reserva 2015 is a vibrant, full-bodied Spanish red wine from the heart of the Rioja produced from mostly Tempranillo with some Graciano, Garnacha and Maturana Tinta. Fragrant with strawberry jam, dried fruits, savoury herbs and balsamic notes fresh on the palate. Pour with a pork tenderloin from the grill.
Food pairings: Portobello mushroom, chili, grilled lamb steaks, pan-seared venison.
