Young, fresh and pleasant wine with intense flavor. A joy for the eyes and taste. . Grenache is an ideal variety for this wine profile, it is rich in extract, it is very sensitive to blight, resistant to drought and to many vineyard pests and diseases such as powdery mildew and acariasis. In its preparation, a cold maceration is carried out for 8 hours, extracting all the aromatic precursors and obtaining the desired tone.
