Brilliant pale with hints of straw, intense and complex, reminiscent of yellow plum, vineyard peach, coppice, freshly baked pastry tips, pepper. Unctuous, broad, balanced, well structured, sensations of medlar, pineapple, lychees, smoked, pastry cream, puff pastry, spices and fresh tobacco. Persistent finish marked by citrus notes, aromatic herbs and minerals. Recommended for rock fish, desserts and gatherings.
