Prima red wine is 90% tinta de toro and 10% Garnacha, from vineyards between 5 and 25 years old located on different plots in San Román, Villaester and Morales.Belonging to the D.O. Toro. This wine belongs to the Bodegas Mauro, noticing its good work, achieving a modern and appetizing bull wine. For the elaboration of this wine, the vineyard plots are used that due to their characteristics do not fit with the character of the San Román, more mineral and exuberant. Prima 2011 red wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Recommended service temperature between 14º and 15º C, it is not necessary to decant it, it has a guard of up to 5 years.
