A local red grape from Manchuela that has very high acidity, and only 10% Garnacha. It's pale, a characteristic of the Moravia Agria grape, and has moderate alcohol. It has great freshness with some balsamic notes, a smoky twist and a texture that feels more like a red from Galicia than from the Mediterranean
