ELABORATION: Made with Mosto Yema. Fermentation takes place at 18º C, stabilized by cold and microfiltration.
CLIMATE: Continental, extreme, dry and cold, rainfall 405 l / m2, average altitude of the vineyard 680 m. Soil characteristics: sedimentary accumulation with Myocene deposits. Average temperature 11º C (maximum 35º C, minimum -18º C).
TASTING: Greenish straw yellow, very bright. Clean and intense on the nose, aromas of white flowers (orange blossom) with hints of stone fruits (apricot and peach skin) and tropical fruits (passion fruit). Tasty, well constituted and very round. Good persistence.
