The Bodegas Miguel Arroyo Izquierdo Mus Lias Verdejo 2022 is a white wine from Rueda, Castilla y León, Spain. It’s made from Verdejo grapes, which are hand-picked and gently pressed. The wine undergoes fermentation at a controlled low temperature and then rests on its lees with regular batonnage for 4 months. Afterward, it matures in French wooden barrels for 6-8 months. The name “MUS” stands for the most popular card game in Spain, while “MAI” are the initials of the winemaker and owner.
