Winemaker Notes
Our winemaster has created this dry chardonnay by allowing the young wine to age on its sediment during the fall and winter. This "Sur Lies" process adds a subtle fruit aroma and a pleasant, complex character. It compliments a wide variety of foods and is ideal with salads, light dishes (veal, poultry, ham) and seafood.
