NS
100% Vigiriega farmed organically in very high elevation mountain vineyards (Sierra de la Contraviesa) over schist and clay soils. Hand harvested, destemmed, direct pressed, fermented in tank with native yeasts and partial aging happens in large stainless steel (50%) and partially old tonneau for 9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero SO2. Zippy citrus and green apple with some cider notes.
