WILLIAMS
Organically grown Dolcetto. Ruby red color with purple hues in the glass. On the nose the scent is intense, fruity and frank (wild berries), reminiscent of dog rose. The taste is dry, full-bodied and slightly tannic, with a characteristic bitter almond aftertaste. Perfect in combination with traditional Piedmontese dishes, mainly accompanies meat and game.
