Grapes were picked by hand at their optimum ripeness. Bunches were brought to the winery in plastic crates and sorted at a sorting table. After destemming, grapes were pumped into stainless-steel vats where they macerated at a cool temperature and the alcoholic fermentation took place at 22-24ºC. Once the fermentation was finished, the wine was aged for six months in French and American oak barrels.
