The 2021 Aratas Sauvignon Blanc hails from the Atlas Peak AVA (c.1992) in the southeast hills Napa Valley. This wine has a delightful minerality. A refreshing yet herbaceous style of Sauvignon Blanc, it lacks an overt citrus nature and favors floral tendencies of green tea, dried herbs and wet rock. Essence of Meyer lemon, honey suckle, lychee and honeydew melon present themselves in a well rehearsed aromatic quartet.
