Grown in calcareous limestone soils. These soils produce sought after Cabernet Sauvignons with a juicy red fruit mouthfeel, bright acidity and a velvety finish. Aged in 60% new French oak barrells and showcasing rich elegance with hints of black cherry and dark spice on the nose. This Cabernet carries notes of cassis, black currant, ripe plum and silky exotic vanilla rounded out with a soft oak finish. Ready to savor now or save some precious bottles through 2030.
