Intensely golden in colour and slightly cloudy. The wine opens with a deep, very intense and super ripe fruit intermixed with elderflower aromas. Full-bodied, rich and round on the palate, this is a clear and elegant wine with a vital, finely racy Sauvignon acidity—as well as a pure and dry finish with salt, grip and character. This is a persistent, mineral-structured Vin de France that would have been a decoration for the Pouilly-Fumé appellation.
