Sinfonia di Rosso by Sicilian wine master Alessandro Viola is a natural white wine made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes, indigenous to Sicily, farmed organically under the appellation Terre Siciliane IGT. Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites. On the label, the denomination "senza solfiti aggiunti" means no added sulfites.
