The perfect combination, although not indigenous to Sicily, the Chardonnay grapes mixed with the Grillo variety, best represent the characteristics of Sicilian wine, a magnificent blend that allowes obtaining a wine of great elegance and structure. The best care is given during harvesting and producing the wine, following the traditional process. It is aged proportionately in stainless steel and french oak barrels for 9 months, and then maintained in the cellar for three months before being marketed.
