A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Shiraz that is as juicy as it is spicy. Hand harvested from mountain sloped, low yielding bush vines, the grapes are crashed ito open concrete tanks and co-fermented. Left on gross lees for 7 months in concrete tank, foudres and old casks before being lightly filtered and bottled.
